I am a big fan of Japanese breakfast. For some reason, rice+miso+piece of fish seems like a better way to start your day than cereal or eggs.

When I lived in Japan, I always found their western-style sweets and fast food snacks quite off-putting (there was always too much cream filling in those bread things, and the bread itself was always too sweet). My fast food snack was onigiri. Maybe that&#039;s why I lost weight over there... :D</description>
